music in this genre is typically orchestral music, for both soundtrack and to create tension and atmosphere within the film. In our film, i think that our film would suit a traditional trumpet piece, or old style Italian music, as what is used throughout The Godfather, or 1930's style 'big band' music, reminiscent of old mafia films, or we could have a more contemporary style with a blues guitar or slide guitar, or a heavier rock kind of riff. We have two options as what to use; record our own with computer recording software, or get copyright free music from the internet.
